Headache

For 31 years, I was most of the time not feeling normal or good. Chronic migraine headaches, low energy, lethargic, foggy head, digestive problems, pains inside my joints, overweight. I was able to reduce and cope with these issues just slightly by using chiropractic, herbs, acupuncture and some changes in my diet.

Since I have started the Nutrition Response Testing program with Flavia I feel normal I have high energy, I sleep well, I am losing the extra weight I have. I can think clearly and efficiently and my joint pains are gone. I feel great, alive and younger again.

I had neck pain for 12 years and recurring headaches that were quite severe. I had recently received very good help from an excellent group of chiropractors and nutritionists but unfortunately the pain would return and I would still have headaches. In addition to this chronic pain, after birth of my second child, I gained weight and could not sleep.

When I first came to see Flavia, she had me to fill out few forms. There was a question like" what would you like us to do for you?" I answered" balance my hormones." I didn't really understand what I meant by that but I knew that there was one key element that had not been addressed and this missing thing was what caused the help I had received to not be permanent.

After testing, it was determined that my thyroid was out of balance. I followed Flavia's suggestions and took the supplements recommended and made dietary changes. After about two weeks, I forgot about my neck. This is no small thing. An MRI scan showed that I have upper cervical stenosis that is narrowing of the spine around the spinal cord and this can cause paralysis. Without the help I received before seeing Flavia and with the help she is giving me now, I know I would still be in pain. By knowing this one key element and changing my diet, I'm happy. It's been around 2 months now. I have lost 10 pounds, I sleep (a small miracle) and my neck doesn't hurt, never.
